This Refund and Cancellation Policy is established by GOODDREAMWEAVER INC (a company incorporated under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at: 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, hereinafter "the Company", "we", or "us") to govern all transactions on SoundsGen.com.
1. Overview
SoundsGen.com operates as a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the immediate nature of AI-generated resources and digital products, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
2. Free Tier
We provide a free tier to allow users to test SoundsGen's features before purchasing a paid subscription. We strongly encourage users to utilize this free tier to ensure the service meets their needs.
3. Paid Subscriptions & Cancellation
- Auto-Renewal: All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but you will retain access until the end of the current paid period.
- No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not result in a pro-rated refund for the remaining days of the current cycle.
4. Refund Eligibility
Due to the significant computational costs associated with AI generation, refunds are generally NOT provided. Exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a system error.
- Technical Failures: A verified major technical defect on our platform that completely prevents you from using the service you paid for.
- Legal Requirements: Refunds required by the laws of your specific jurisdiction.
Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by emailing bling@soundsgen.com.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You changed your mind after purchase (e.g., "no longer need it").
- You have already consumed a significant portion of AI generation credits or downloaded generated content.
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Your subscription auto-renewed because you forgot to cancel it in time.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact our support team before filing a formal dispute with your bank or payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We commit to responding within 3 business days. Malicious chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
