These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between GOODDREAMWEAVER INC (a company incorporated under the laws of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at: 30 N GOULD ST STE R, SHERIDAN, WY 82801, hereinafter "the Company", "we", or "us") and the user ("you") of SoundsGen.com.

By using SoundsGen.com, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

SoundsGen.com provides an AI-powered SaaS platform for music generation, including songs, BGM, and API access. We reserve the right to update or modify services at any time.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and are responsible for all activities under their account.

4. Payment & Subscription

• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Payment Channels: Payments are processed via Stripe or other approved gateways.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription is activated and AI generation credits are consumed. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, users retain ownership of the music content generated via SoundsGen.com. We grant subscribers the right to use their outputs for personal or commercial purposes under our license.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for illegal activities, infringe on intellectual property rights, or reverse engineer the software.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, branding, and models associated with SoundsGen.com remain the exclusive property of GOODDREAMWEAVER INC.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service provided “as is.” GOODDREAMWEAVER INC is not responsible for indirect damages. Liability is limited to payments made within the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Updates

Using SoundsGen after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
